Lebogang Moeng is an award-winning transformation leader with over 14 years of experience across Deloitte, Hiscox and QBE, specialising in business transformation, automation, process excellence and large-scale operational delivery.

She holds a BTech in Industrial Engineering and has led complex transformation programmes across the UK, Europe and South Africa, delivering impactful change across financial services and operational environments.

She has played a pivotal role in establishing and scaling training operations through Oceans Engineering, where hundreds of learners have been successfully trained and certified. She also drives Roto Security Services and leads engineering and infrastructure projects aligned to community and industry needs.

Her work has been recognised by the Mail & Guardian in the Science and Technology category, reflecting her impact in driving innovation, skills development and inclusive economic participation.
